Matt Hagger is a serial entrepreneur and technology pioneer with over 25 years’ experience building transformative products across AI, automation, and blockchain. As Director of Automation at Mosaic Chambers, he leads the deployment of intelligent systems that streamline legal operations and enhance decision-making.

Matt founded E-Man in 2000, launching Net Sorcerer, the world’s first real-time news alert platform. He later created Zkatter, a mobile video app that supported Samsung’s launch of the Bada OS and went on to win the Samsung World Developer Challenge in 2010.

Through E-Man, Matt has helped establish ventures now valued at over $3 billion, having raised $400 million, and retains equity in several. He has worked with major global brands including Disney, the BBC, Paramount Pictures, and the NHS.



He is also the founder of Taletree, an AI-powered education platform designed to help children stay creative, and leads EXTOA, a digital nation that rewards learning and positive behaviour through blockchain. Matt is a passionate advocate for AI in education and ethical technology governance.
